Shape: Circle

Bright light stationary. Filmed. Maybe at 50 degree angle. Saw similar again driving north on 95 a few days later. Stationary.

Bright light was not moving. I watched for 30 seconds. Walked about half a block and returned within a minute. It was still there. Starting filming and took some not very clear pictures.

After ten minutes, I went to bed.

We suspect a sighting of one of the three planets, which currently are quite prominent in the eastern morning sky. PD
