Blimp sized and shaped craft pulsating light spotted low in the clouds of Paradise Valley, Arizona, that hit incredible speed.

I saw a blimp shape craft behind the clouds pulsating a irregular patter in a band across on side of the craft. The craft was cruzing at low altitudes the whether was extremely stormy and it just stopped raining.

The craft was coasting slow like a blimp does, but then increased to jet speeds in a matter of seconds. The pulsating light stopped and the craft gave off a final flash and was gone.

I was draving when I saw the craft.
