On Thursday 5th May 2011, my wife and I were travelling back home to Central Queensland after I had a small operation at Ipswich Hospital in Brisbane, Australia.

We had passed Dalby. We had decided to stop in Roma for breakfast. Before we got there, around I guess 8.00am, we saw a UFO. It appeared from our left and passed to our right. Because we were way out in the country there were gumtrees on both sides of the road. The visual sighting was brief.

The craft was about the size of a 747 aircraft, it made no noise. It was a beautiful shiny green shimmering colour. It had no wings or tail. It had a small white vapour trail behind it.

The craft appeared to be landing. It was approximately 500 meters in front of us and about the same distance above the road we were travelling on.

We were both in shock at what we saw, and couldn’t believe or eyes. It must have been a couple of minutes before I asked my wife, “Did you see what I saw?” She said, “Yes, what was it?” I said “I don’t know.” Another motorist also saw the craft.
