Shape: Chevron

Slow rotation, stationery in one place, with slight windy conditions, seems to be 20 mi maybe away or less see direction. When rotating object grabs reflection of sun from west.

Clouds in background move behind object during entire event but above mountain scape it stays in one place.

According to Google mn as I would estimate the object to above a satellite station on ground level.
