I was driving in a company van to pick up parts in Tysons Corner Virginia, when I looked up and saw a disk shaped craft above a small cloud. The disk I estimated to be 90 feet across and 20 feet from the top to the bottom. I did not know about your site until recently when I heard you on the radio.

The sky was clear blue with day light, only three or four very small clouds. I could see for a few miles to the West and East. The disk was estimated to be about 800 feet in the air. The disk was silver.

The disk stayed above the small cloud for about 4 or 5 minutes. During this time the disk while staying above the cloud tilted to about 30 to 45 degrees, stayed in this position for one minute then was level again. Then the disk speed away in the blink of an eye with no sonic boom. Even though I saw this 21 years ago, I will never forget what I saw. Since I was driving on the Washington beltway, West side when I saw this I really could not exit off the beltway because of traffic. I wanted to pull off to a gas station to ask someone else if they saw what I saw but the disk was gone before I could exit the beltway. I have never in my life seen a silver disk like this before this sighting or since. I did not have a camera, there were no cell phones in 1995 that would take a photo. Besides I was driving on the beltway at 55 MPH. Sorry for the late report. This is a true report of what I saw in January 1995.
