During a power blackout in Highland Creek about 3AM, A cluster of 4 lights at tree top level passed quickly by my bathroom window. One of the 4 lights was blinking red. I could not identify the shape of the craft but It was clearly one craft with 4 lights. I made no sound as it went by. I could see the light from object clearly because there was no other light source in the area at the time.
