South Huntington, Pa 10/14/65 Disc with orange/yellow lights

Returning from a High School football game (Trafford HS vs S. Huntington Pa.), I was a 7th grader at the time. In the car was my me mom, dad, brother, cousin & friend. I had the window down a bit. I heard a loud sound and looked to my right. I was sitting ft seat by the door, mom in the middle & dad was driving. I saw a large spinning disc with orange/yellow lights around it.

My dad pulled over as did several cars in front of us & behind us to watch this thing. About a minute...then it dropped down and took off in seconds was out of sight. It was hovering above a field.

A neighbor said she called the Air Force to report it and was told it was a weather balloon. Nope...never believed that. I have always remembered this.

After a trip to Roswell, I decided to report this siting.
