Very low bright light hovering near Manhattan, Illinois.....

Very bright hovering light low in the southwest sky over Green Garden Township, Manhattan area of Will County, Illinois. Seemed to move sharply, then hover again.

After 15 minutes or so I went in to get my binoculars and it was gone when I came back outside. Viewed by 3 family members. Any one else see this? We heard no sound and none of us think it was a helicopter.
