Three light blue lights attached to dark disk, slow moving, extremely close.

Three blue lights slowly moved over Maine Street. The lights appeared to be fixed in position, and had the shape of a rounded rectangle. Sort of like part of a plate cut out. There was also a dark disk that they were attached to.
