Red/Green light craft seen flying irregulary over Omaha. Rapid acceleration and deacceleration.

Rapidly moving object seen over Omaha. Changed between green and red lights when moving. Object could stop and remain stationary in the sky. Object was able to accelerate very rapidly and could ascend/descend very quickly. Estimated top speed: ~700mph
