Strange light formation in the sky over Central Pennsylvania.

At approximately 2:15 am, in the Eastern sky. There where twelve perfectly spaced orbs. It looked like if you would have placed lights by putting one light on each side of every rung. They were that perfectly spaced apart.

The orb/lights appeared one at a time. They appeared to be perfectly round and all the same size. They lasted for approximately 20 minutes and disappeared in reverse order that they appeared.

They looked similar to the ones that were on your you tube video in Michigan. Except for the formation.
