I was in Franklin looking South in the sky. It looked like it was over Spring Hill. Red and green flashing lights stationary in the sky for over 30 minutes.

I watched it stay in one place for over 5 minutes, then went inside to get my wife.

We both watched it and looked at it through binoculars for a good 10 minutes. It never moved.
