Blue lights V shape county line mini mall Ballenger/Thriftway.

Was at Ballenger by rite aid. Cars all stopped to look approx 6pm blue lights shaped in v pointing south towards Seattle. Was moving slow but blue lights all in one V shape.

Had to move my vehicle was gone within 15 to 20 seconds.
