Pacific northwest stars

Multiple lights were spotted in the sky. Some brighter than others, some at greater distances and none of them followed the same flight pattern. It was as if they just hovered, dangling on an invisible string. I have seen this happen for the 3rd time now and even captured (blurry) pictures.
