It was happened at 12:03, I opened the sun shade of south window of my room, noticed it was very strange soft lights blinking it rotation, I taken the iPad video and full zoom it closely....stay there in south sky over south of Gresham, watched for 35 mins at same it point, no moving.......that was strange.
