I am visiting with my girlfriend at her grandmother's house. We were relaxing in the living room when we heard a car horn go off for a unusual duration. Being as curious as we are, we decided to go take a look. As we walked outside we saw the car leaving over the hill. It was after that when we saw three of our neighbors looking up and pointing. We looked up aswell and was completely in shock. We observed only the last minute of the phenomenon. There were around a dozen of these green lights. All of which were grouped around the same area in the sky. By the time we had got the idea to try and snap a picture or a recording of the event, they had each faded away.

This occurred, I would say between 11:30pm to 11:40pm Saturday, November 25, 2018.
