The craft was translucent, but if you looked directly at it, you could make out the outline.
Bridgeport over the new DMV area near Wonder Land of Ice. The craft was cloaked, transparent, the shape reminded me of the new navy ships that are stealth, sloped front, flat back and v shaped underneath.
