Strange parallel, stationary, lights over Los Angeles.

Three parallel whitish orange streaks of light are currently hanging over southwest Los Angeles.

They have been there for at least fifteen minutes. They do not move. They are not contrails.

They are not Kleig lights. They are not skywriting. My 10X binoculars cannot discern any aircraft at the head of the lights.
