Cigar shaped craft with 2 rows of lights.

Was outside and heard a strange low, deep hum that was pulsating like a refrigerator but much deeper. I could not identify the sound, but I looked up and out in the distance it was traveling from the west to the east and moved extremely slow. I saw a large cigar-shaped craft with 7 lights in a row with smaller less bright lights alternating to the row above.
