Teardrop shaped craft with bright lights hovering and disappearing when passing.

Driving on 19th Ave when I thought the moon was rather bright until it hit me that the moon wasn't full but a crescent. I kept looking at the insanely bright light. As I was parallel to it I saw the triangular, slightly rounded more teardrop shape with bright lights on all three points I thought it passed over me but never showed on the other side or behind me.
