Slowly moving cigar shape lighted all along side over I65 moving West to East for about 15 seconds. No sound noticed

Driving north on I-65 in area north of where I265 now crosses I-65. One cigar shape just above tree line. Larger than a major size jet plane. Moving West to East over Highway. Had lights all along the side.
