A hovering morphing diamond of vibrant red and blue

Looking out my window, SW and roughly 70-90 degree's 'up', I noticed an odd Light in the sky. To the Eyes the light shined a more obvious wobble in vibrant Colors of Red and Blue with a golden white highlight in between the 'moving parts'. It was small, and brighter than any of the stars or moon. I should mention it was a clear night. It looked like a spinning diamond shaped top: perfectly symmetrical, with a stable center body, and the 'moving parts' looked like 3 or 4 red and blue balls spinning around it, cross from each other, and the angles of their 'orbit' were changing slightly, making it look like it was morphing a little bit.

It moved slowly back and forth, and actually hung around for a while. I didn't see it leave, because sleep found me first.

I Tried my best to focus on it with my phone [LG v20] The manual focus seemed to fit best around 96% on the slider [that's all it shows for scale]. it looked like it was maybe 100m away. I'm not sure what it was. This was around 12:30 am
