Not seemingly an aircraft as it remained stationary. Blinking was steady.

Seemingly stationary in southern sky, approximately 20-30 degrees above horizon. Steady blinking green blue white. Angle of view from North Berwick would position it over Ogunquit or Cape Neddick, Maine.
