Hovering lights/crafts swaying through tree line, too low to be plane and too high to be insects.

Brother entered my room claiming to see a UFO through our tree line. Followed him outside to look and saw light high enough to not be an insect but low enough that it couldn’t be a plane. Swayed/hovered left and right just enough that we had to adjust our sight but didn’t change location. To the right. About 500 yards another did the same thing at approximate level. Went inside while it was still there.
