I was on my break at work, when I saw what I had assumed to be a planet or star out the window. I then realized that the object was moving, slowly, directly upward.

The object was regularly pulsating, changing it's brightness. After about a minute it changed direction at what appeared to be a right angle, and continued going until it was no longer visible. I was able to get a couple pictures and about 30 seconds of video.
