Close to Smith Mountain lake. Observed numerous orbs and one "tic tac" shaped craft. Craft where white/silver in color.

Close to Smith Mountain lake. Observed numerous orbs and one "tic tac" shaped craft. Crafts where white/silver in color. The weather was clear (90°) at Smith mountain lake, near the dam. The orbs flew sporadically while the tic tac hovered in position at high altitude.
