Around 12:39 a.m. I saw two orange/red orbs/lights side by side sitting stationary above my apartment building.

The lights quickly changed to white and then back to orange/red as more lights lit up around it in a square formation.

It hovered in the sky for more than 12 minutes and then disappeared.

I have photos which reveal a shadow of the shape around the craft.
