| I first saw the object with a circular pattern of lights hovering at about 300 yards over my head near the Gloucester City Hall... It had changing colored lights in a circular pattern, and when it moved, the colored lights would go off and you could see a single white flashing light as it moved... It moved closer as though it saw me and lined up on me with red lights in a perfect circle... It stayed in that position for about 10 minutes as I stared at it trying to figure out what it was... Then it flattened out and started moving around the area with its lights changing colors... Then it started moving south in a mixed pattern of lights that was not circular... I was baffled to what it was because it was totally silent the whole time... |
