4 orb white balls hovering in the sky over San Antonio TX.

Looking up in the blue sky, I noticed a white ball. It was way up in the sky. At first thought it might be a balloon but then noticed it wasn't moving. Then saw 4 more near it. They all stayed in that formation for about an hour.
