Went outside to watch the space station go overhead saw a dot in the south southeast sky from Waterville Maine. Looked at it through the binoculars could not see a craft just saw lights. Multi-colored flashing. Red, green, yellow, blue and red maybe if you other colors mixed in. It was hard to see with the 10x42 binoculars but it stayed in one spot for over a half an hour and did not move horizontally or vertically.
