Seen from I-5, over Boeing Field, a motionless object that looked like a bunch of black and grey party balloons.

Seen from I-5, over Boeing Field, a motionless object that looked like a bunch of black and grey party balloons. They were tightly packed, mostly black with a couple grey. I did not notice any movement relative to each balloon. I saw it for only a very short time because I was driving during rush-hour. I am an embedded software engineer. I have seen UFOs at least twice before.
