We saw 10 or 12 red lights over the Gulf of Mexico. They moved rapidly and in formation. They seemed to move in a circular motion then just broke out one by one and disappeared into the sky. We heard no noise.

There was some kind of aircraft out there. We watched it go toward the Airbase. It was not what we saw though. This morning we saw a plane circling where we saw the ufo"s.
