The object was oval in appearence, I would gestimate altitude of approx. 40 to 50 thousand feet possibly even higher, it was gray or silver in color, no sound was heard coming from it as it passed overhead at 12 o'clock position at a very fast pace. It was well out of view within a few seconds.
