I wonder now why we both didn't make a big deal about it

My cousin was visiting from another town.We were unfolding the couch to go to bed.We looked out the window and saw the lights in the sky.They were yellowish white but mostly white and stood vertically in the sky.I think there were 5 or 6 lights and they were perfectly spaced between themselves.Each light was rotating in tiny circles so little that they appeared to be shaking but isaw they were definitely rotating.My cousin and I wondered for only a moment about the lights then shrugged it off and went to bed.They could have stayed there all night,but we went to sleep.
