Myself and my sister saw a saucer shaped object in Norththern England

The family were in the car heading towards friends in Darlington. Whilst on the main road we came up to a junction. I was tired and looked up only to see a HUGE circle of light above us. It must have been about about 200m across. But all I could see was a continuous line of orange light in a circle.

It is quite hard to explain but easy to understand.

Nobody else believed me. I was in the back. Everybody else was asleep except my dad keeping and eye on the road.

When I looked back up I saw it rise vertically, then when it must have been hovering at about 1000 ft many other lights turned on, some different colours. All Inside the circle. Then the craft rose and went into the clouds.
