It was a bright light that just hung in the same place in the sky and then moved slowly It was a yellow looking light just hung in the north east sky (viewed from our house) for about 5 minutes, then it seemed to move very very slowly towards a south direction. It stayed a long solid light and then it seemed to move faster as it went more southerly and then we saw blinking lights, alomst like an airplane but it was a funny shaped airplane. It was difficult to see the shape because it was such a bright light. It looked like it was just hanging in the sky. After about 10 minutes it just dissapeared.
