Rapid movement traveling N.E. to S.W. Bright green object resembling shooting star. We would have assumed it was a shooting star except that it came to near stops twice then rapidly moved to next position before moving beyond tree line. Broken cloud level approximately 5000 ft above ground. Object was below cloud cover.
