Observed unusual aircraft between Pella and Otley westbound on highway 163 around mile marker 36 viewed at a 45 degree from vehicle. Aircraft shaped of a sphere, metallic glow/reflection. Object seemed to be travelling west. Disappeared for a few seconds, then reappeared, then disappeared again. No aircraft sounds heard.
