Disco Lights over Northampton, UK.

Looked like "disco lights"--6 or 7 lights rotating around a central light, approximately 30 feet from the ground. The "object" was first spotted in a field, but then followed the witnesses, who were in a car, for about 1 mile, then floated silently above the housing estate for about 10 minutes before "phasing" out of sight.
