Hi I have reported this before from the US Coast Guard ship Chilula.

I just don't understand why you guys haven't gotten in touch with the other people involved. The OOD at the time of the incident refused to make a log entry in his log. However he was only one of many witnesses. You guys should really check this out.

I've seen some obvious hoaxes here and this was a real encounter'
