A disk in the field moving up and down.

I was at a friend's house and looked out at the fields and saw a disk of metal no lights. It was about 1 o clock It floted there for a long time going down a bit then up I did not see anything else in the area. Thewn we left for somthing and when I returnewd it was gone.
