Characteristics: Lights on object, Aura or haze around object

Odd green shape pacing back and forth up high in the clouds.

Green light flashing in the sky, pacing through the clouds oval shape with light coming off of it moving from slow to fast and vice verca. from bright to dim on motion. If this was an air liner there normally would be red or blue flashing lights and it would not be as high up as it was. object is continuing to move and change speeds.

tryed taking photos yet they turned out blank.
