Hazy clear disc with a Christmas tree ball in the middle above Chicago

flight to N.Y. from Chicago. as the plane was crossing the beaches of Chicago and climbing. it was a clear day. the plane climbed over the clouds. as always i love looking out the plane window. as we were climbing i looked below. within a minute i noticed what looked like a clear hazy disc with a green Christmas tree ball with the sparkle in the middle going in the opossit direction on top of the clouds at an incredible speed. it was like a split second. i didnt know this site existed
