bright blue light bright enought to light at least a mile square up

Bright light blue in colour coming from a recently logged part of a forest in upperlongdon rugeley (cannock chase forrest) it was so bright you couldnt tell where it was coming from i flashed on and of 3 times, we pointer the car at the area and there was no one there after the lights went out, just after someone else who has seen this a my mom saw it from the house and my brother also seen this thasks rob
