Strange long light figure in front of storm

We were on a road trip taking random pictures and we saw a fairly large storm so my friend decided to take some pictures. We did not see anything strange until we loaded up the picture on a computer.

Honestly, I have no idea what it is but am just curious what the professionals think. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
