Silver looking object disappears into the sky.

I was walking out of my work heading to my Jeep when i saw a Silver flashing shape in the sky. The sun was still out and not a cloud in the sky. As i walked to my jeep the shape was moving , at first i thought it was an airplane but this shape was long and not that wide in size with a silver flashing look to it. i stood out side my jeep but the object just disapperared. This is the second time in 2 weeks that I have seen the same thing.
