Green glowing ball descends from space over city

At 21:30 hours on 10/08/10 , 2 observers out of a group of 12 saw a bright , green glowing sphere zooming at speed of sound come in from the east over the ocean to the west over the city and curve upward until out of sight .

The distance from the observers appeared to be about 3 miles to the south of the beach , approx. 2,000 feet aloft and traveled about 2 miles inland before going up and out of sight .

Duration of sighting was only 3 seconds the object was glowing and had no sound or tail.

Among the observers were a trained Astronomer who has experienced knowledge of planets , stars , comets and meteors and believes this sighting to have been an authentic UFO .
