sighting near rockwall tx off i 30.

my girl friend and i were on interstate 30 from Greenville tx to rockwall heading to friends house. i noticed something to the right hovering just above the used line. it was gray in color. and quite a distance. no lights. it didn't change altitude or distance. and we watched it until it got too dark and we lost track of it just as we got got in to rockwall.
