Hovering object with green and red lights seen over Vancouver, Washington

Our family went over to some friends for dinner and when we were getting ready to leave. I looked up and saw a circular object in the sky with multiple green and red lights about a mile north of us.

It appeared to be hovering low and it rotated and swayed before speeding away.

There were other reports of strange green and red lights in C1 and C6 of the Febuary 22 edition of the Columbian news paper.
