Triangle lights hovering over Cowen Heights

There was a craft hovering above the back side of Cowan Heights in Orange, Ca. It wasn't moving or making any sound and had 3 bright lights in the shape of a triangle.

It was not a helicopter or any remote controlled vehicle. It was hovering about 500 feet above the ground.
